We endeavour to provide our students with the best possible training. So to consolidate techniques learnt we provide advanced classes at our private gym.
*Club members can join advanced classes after training consistently with us for nine months or more.
These classes involve intensive sparring, interval training, circuit training and specialised instruction..
Our training is based on REAL LIFE experiences, therefore we do not claim to miraculously teach you to be able to fend off multiple attackers, especially armed attackers.
This is because the reality of being confronted by two or more attackers is extremely dangerous and the outcome of such an encounter could be serious injury or death.
If we are to be TOTALLY prepared to defend ourselves from a violent attack attention must be given to the 'mindset' of potential attackers and what drives individuals to commit violent acts.
The stress drills that we train help to overcome barriers that prevent immediate response.
