We train to be strong strikers. It is essential to know how to defend an oncoming blow and how to throw a punch. At our Moss Side class we train with an intensity you have to experience. We have specialist Thai Boxers, Grapplers and Wrestlers who train with us and are always there to give advice and tips. We train lots of other fun stuff too. Come to MOSS SIDE LEISURE CENTRE and join us on Monday evenings. OFFICIALLY 8.00PM - 9.30PM. TRAINING ALWAYS FINISHES AT CLOSING TIME
