Our training is performed as realistic as possible so that we do not 'freeze' in situations of danger. We train to be confident individuals with a strong mental attitude. We learn not to be intimidated by anyone.
We initially train and practice techniques in a 'step by step' fashion. To consolidate what we have learnt we then train spontaneously so as to embed in our subconscious response a reflex whereby we naturally perform self defence techniques automatically and instinctively.
We train safely with our designated partners and all fellow students to prevent unnecessary injuries.
