Our training empowers you to take control of your self defence skills and the surrounding environment.
Primarily we remain aware of our surroundings and take control of emotions and feelings.
If we are called to defend ourselves we rely on our instinctive responses.
These responses have been developed through dedicated training.
An example of our methodology would approach a potential attacker with the mindset of raising his ego and lowering his guard.
Our expert team has studied many self defence applications. One fallacy that we address is the use of personal alarms or other such "self defence" devices that can be carried in a persons bag/rucksack. Any device that is carried in a bag/rucksack is rendered useless. The "device" must be in a persons hand prior to an attack in order for the "device" to be effective.
Your instructor teams skillset has developed over years of study and practice in the most effective self defence system, combat striking systems and fitness programmes. These of which we share with you.
Our classes incorporate the following;
Krav Maga, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Combat Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, Stretching, Mobilisation, Fitness strength and conditioning.
Our instructors will also share with you our scientifically researched fitness and dietary programmes.
